Founded by Chaplain William Logan, whose extensive experience at the Spindale Detention Center inspired the Center’s mission, U&I Enrichment Center stands as a testament to the power of faith and generosity. The founders, William and Brenda Logan, transformed their own resources to serve the community, repurposing a daycare facility to launch the Center. Their vision has resulted in a program that offers hope, encouragement, and practical help to those who have lost their way or are re-entering the community after incarceration.
